will be offering the following programs!
Come to our STEM lab and learn all about how 3D printing is changing the world.
Create your own small figurines, coasters, soapdishes, and other fun trinkets! And did you know you can also 3D print food? Bring the kids over for this fun exploration session and enjoy some delicious printed pancakes at our school.
Yaw, Pitch, and Roll your way into our school for a one-of-a-kind learning experience on the physics of flight. Test your new knowledge and skills on a ride with our flight simulator! At 21st Century STEM Academy, you are the pilot of your education
Prerequisites: Must be at middle school level for science. Highly Suggested: Students bring personal laptop.
This course is a half-credit middle school science course for homeschooled students which takes place at the 21st Century STEM Academy’s beautiful school facility and STEM lab located in the Emory area at 1549 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA. Each week students participate in hands-on, STEM-inspired science activities that align with grades 6-8 science standards for the state of Georgia. Experience science like never before with our LEGO Mindstorm robots, 3D Printers, Flight Simulator, Engineering Maker Space, Virtual Reality Headsets, Design Stations, and much more! We enhance homeschool science learning by providing 21st century STEM tools and gadgets at our school.
We are partnering with Engineering for Kids of Metro Atlanta to offering homeschool and after-school classes this spring 2017.
